Acetal:Acetal is a crystalline resin often used in high load mechanical applications. Delrin is a well-known trade name. Common laser cut acetal components include safety restraints, gears and various healthcare products.

Acrylics:Acrylics such as Plexiglas and Lucite offer impact resistance and several other beneficial properties. China Custom Component can laser cut acrylics as an alternative to more expensive glass or polycarbonate.

Noryl:This modified polyphenylene oxide offers dimensional stability, low specific gravity and easy processing. Laser cut Noryl components are ideal for use in electronics and electrical equipment, among other applications.

PVDF:Laser cut PVDF — or polyvinylidene fluoride polymer — components are typically used in applications where strong chemical resistance and thermal stability are required. Kynar and Solef are two common trade names.
